Independent film is more than a challenge. Micro Micro Budget films have film budgets of 50 thousand dollars. Get real! who has that kind of money? Ever head the term starving artist? of course you have… there is a large degree of truth in this term for many of us. But fortunately we believe you don’t need million dollar budgets to tell a great story. We are firm believers in the power of talented individuals with vision, talent, determination and a keen ability to collaborate in pursuit of their passion. Far too often amazing stories go unappreciated and underexposed. The Bloody Hero signature sculpture is a symbol of the incredible struggles that filmmakers from around the world must endure to get their films and their stories in front of your eyes. It is an award that we humbly present in appreciation for their hard work, dedication and refusal to submit to the voices that say it is impossible. We are very proud of the new generation of story tellers and this is our way of recognizing them for their struggles and triumphs.
